Child Wellbeing and Protection

Our children's status, as minors, renders them vulnerable and in need of safeguards to ensure their protection. Far too many children are being exploited, neglected, abducted, abused and killed. People who know their rights are better able to claim them. Child rights cannot be realized and upheld if children, their caregivers and the public are not aware of and able to act upon those rights.

Children's participation and empowerment are central to a holistic child protection strategy and therefore we incorporate child participatory sessions to give children a voice in matters which affect their lives.
